Hello Rockstars! There is so much new and amazing music out right now, so I just wanted to do a top 5 list of some of the bands and artists that I’m listening to right now! Today’s Top 5 Includes bands At Odds, Algorerhythm, Post Noble, The Far Worst and Singer-Songwriter Ray Winters!

Band: At Odds
Single: “1984”
Release Date: April 25th, 2025
Synopsis: Punk Rock renegades At Odds have created an amazing balls to the walls experience in their new song “1984”. It’s a perfect song for these incredibly weird times and strikes a wonderful balance of gritty guitar, commanding drums, lyrics that bite and that intense vocal growl! I definitely found myself listening to this on repeat, with their amazing musicianship, catchy as hell melody, this honestly just might be my new addiction. I also feel this song is so incredibly important, especially when there is so much uncertainty in our world, but At Odds said it perfectly with this statement about their new song: “This one’s for the rebels, the misfits, the truth-seekers. Crank it loud, scream it back, and let the world know: we’re not going quietly.” And I personally couldn’t agree more guys! I can’t wait to see the evolution of At Odds, it’s already one hell of an adventure! 🙂

Single: “I Will Run”
Release Date: May 10th, 2025
Synopsis: Ray Winters packs an incredible punch with this catchy song that I feel should easily be on everyone’s summer playlists! With interesting lyrics about wanting to follow your dreams, but also struggling with your own uncertainty about change and evolving as a person, which I definitely feel we have all felt that way from time to time. It’s hard to not only start over, but following your dreams is hard, but I appreciate his honesty, and I feel this song has a wonderful positive vibe to it, plus is has all the things I love in a new song: Killer vocals, catchy thought provoking lyrics, and a wonderful hook and this song hits on all of those. I can’t wait to see the journey that Ray Winters will take us on, it’s already an incredibly infectious pop hit in my book, and it will be fun to see the evolution of his story telling and wonderful music.

Single: “Vertigo”
Release Date: April 19th, 2025
Synopsis: Alt-Rock band Post Noble is back with their first single in 5 years with “Vertigo” and I feel this is a wonderful evolution from their past songs, all while staying true to their eclectic style of garage rock, and jazz elements. With lyrics that feel like this song might be about lost love, it has a beautiful melancholy style, with an incredibly catchy hook. It takes the listener on a wonderful journey with their raw vocals, excellent musicianship, and it’s vulnerability all while having this amazing magnetism to their music, it’s hard to put into words, but this song just hits on all the right elements of what a classic song should be. Thank you guys for always straying true to your sound, and always taking the listener on a wonderful roller coaster of emotions, all while keeping that amazing garage rock grittiness. I’m excited to see where Post Noble will take the evolution of their sound, I just hope it won’t be another 5 years. 🙂

Single: “Vicious Cycle”
Release Date: May 2nd, 2025
Synopsis: The Far Worst keeps blessing us with some killer tracks! Last month was the awesome track “Monsters” and this month their back with another wonderful song called “Vicious Cycle” which sounds like it might be about someone who might be a lying narcissistic asshole, which is just the vibe I got from the song, but frontwoman Bree Elizabeth has a wonderful grittiness and bite to her lyrics and vocals, and I truly believe whoever has wronged her will definitely be regretting that choice. With powerful lyrics about toxic love, excellent vocals, those sick guitars, wonderful guitar solo, and those pulsating drums, this band has such an amazing chemistry and I cannot wait to see the next evolution of their music and sound. I really hope we get a new album soon, cause everything they have released so far is amazing, and Lord knows I want to hear the full story of this incredible band. 🙂

Single: “Bullshit”
Release Date: May 17th, 2025
Synopsis: Hard Rock / Metal band Algorerhythm is back with an amazing track that talks about staying true to yourself and fuck anyone else who doesn’t understand that. Which I know it’s hard to not listen to people and their bullshit, so I completely understand where they are coming from. With gritty vocals, commanding drums, and sick guitar playing, every time they have a new song come out I know it’s just going to be an incredible hard rock journey! They are never afraid to make an amazing balls to the walls experience for the listener, always taking their sound to the next level. I have been listening to them for a long time at this point, and I feel with every new song they just get better and better. They have always been solid musicians, but it’s so cool to see that they peel back the layers one track at a time. I can’t wait to see the musical evolution of Algorerhythm. I just know that no matter where they go, we as the listener are in for one hell of a ride!
